Treating Exercise-Induced Soreness (DOMS) – Tuesday Training Tip

This article comes from the Pain Management and Injury Relief Medical Center in Santa Monica. In order to perform optimally, you must recover efficiently – whether that be from injury or just normally-occurring Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness (DOMS)! A little hint to anyone aspiring to be an athlete, or just live a fitter life: this is the same cycle of treatment that we would through the NCAA Div. 1 Soccer Program at my college.
